Cyprus runs a single national CAP Strategic Plan, approved by the Commission on 2 December 2022 and funded by the EAGF, the EAFRD and national co-financing. The managing authority is the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment (Amfipoleos 6, 2025 Strovolos, Nicosia); the paying agency is the Cyprus Agricultural Payments Organisation (CAPO, 20 Michael Koutsofta, 2000 Nicosia). The full plan is published on the ministerial portal paa.gov.cy. Given the size of the country, schemes are national rather than regionalised, and calls are announced directly on the ministry and CAPO websites. IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE to inventory the open calls: all the relevant Cypriot institutional domains (moa.gov.cy, capo.gov.cy, paa.gov.cy) block automated access via robots.txt and must be consulted from a browser.
