How support works here
A strongly centralised system: the Ministry of Agriculture (MZe) approves the rules for each 'kolo' (round) and SZIF, the single paying agency, receives the applications. Project interventions (33.73, 34.73, 35.73, 45.73, 49.75 etc.) are not open continuously but in periodic rounds, usually one in spring and one in autumn, lasting about three weeks. Applications are submitted exclusively through SZIF's Portál farmáře. The indicative annual schedule ('Předpokládaný harmonogram příjmu žádostí') is published and updated several times a year on mze.gov.cz. In the 2026 schedule, intervention 33.73 Investments in agricultural holdings - the main measure for farm investments, irrigation and precision agriculture - does NOT appear: no round is planned for 2026.
What an Italian business needs
Not verifiable from the institutional sources consulted. In practice applications go only through SZIF's Portál farmáře, which requires the entity to be registered in the record of applicants; the general rules of the 8. kolo require the absence of debts towards the Czech State. No open source explicitly states the conditions for a non-resident business.
