The Greek CAP Strategic Plan (SS KAP 2023-2027) is managed by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food; the paying agency is OPEKEPE, which handles roughly 900,000 beneficiaries a year through a head office in Athens, 6 regional directorates, 4 territorial units and 39 local offices. Interventions carry codes such as P3-73-2.x (on-farm investment), P3-75 (young farmers), P3-77-4.1 (LEADER) and P2-58.x (sectoral programmes). Calls are known as 'prokliseis' and are published on the agrotikianaptixi.gr portal, which flags them ACTIVE or INACTIVE and archives them with PDF annexes; extensions are extremely common. The level is mixed: investment interventions are national, but LEADER is delivered by dozens of local action groups, each publishing its own call with its own dates. At the verification date there are no active calls for farm improvement plans or for young farmers.
