Investment support is managed nationally: the managing authority is the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MRiRW) and the paying agency is ARiMR. Calls are called 'nabory wniosków' and are opened according to an annual schedule (harmonogram naborów) published as an XLSX file on gov.pl/web/arimr. Applications are submitted exclusively online through ARiMR's Electronic Services Platform (PUE). The 2026 schedule contains neither the farm modernisation/competitiveness intervention (I.10.1) nor a dedicated irrigation (nawadnianie) intervention: the 2026 windows mainly cover renewables and energy efficiency (I.10.2), ASF biosecurity (I.10.3), animal welfare (I.10.15), value-chain/processing (I.10.6.1 and I.10.7.1), young farmers (I.11, already closed) and producer organisations (I.13.2). A national non-CAP line of ARiMR/BGK subsidised credit and guarantees also exists.
Not verified against the institutional sources consulted. In general, the PS WPR interventions require the identification number in the ARiMR producer register (numer identyfikacyjny EP) and a farm located in Poland; for intervention I.10.7.1 the beneficiary must be a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise carrying out processing or marketing activity. The formal requirement of Polish tax residence or establishment could not be verified on the pages accessed (gov.pl/web/arimr is inaccessible to automated fetching).
