Lump-sum premium for first establishment in farming. The application must be filed electronically within one year of first establishment via eAMA/DFP; because the age limit (maximum 40 in the year farming starts) refers to establishment rather than to the application, the applicant may be up to 41 at submission. Selection follows a blocked procedure on continuous applications: cut-off dates are published in advance on the digital platform and, within the budget available, projects reaching at least 10 out of a maximum 23 points are selected. A five-year commitment to continue farming is required.
Natural persons, married couples, registered partnerships or cohabiting partners establishing themselves on a farm for the first time, aged at most 40 in the year farming starts and holding the required professional qualification (agricultural skilled-worker certificate or higher). Registered partnerships, legal entities and associations also qualify if the young farmers retain effective long-term control of the holding; joint-stock companies are excluded. Size requirements: at least 3 hectares of agricultural land (or standard output equivalent to EUR 8,000) and at least 0.5 standard labour units or EUR 8,000 standard output by the fourth year.

Not investment aid but a lump-sum establishment premium: the maximum cumulative amount is EUR 15,000. The deadline is not a calendar date but a rolling one (one year from first establishment). Supporting documentation for the supplements must be produced within four years and in any case by 30 June 2029. The blocked-selection cut-off dates could not be retrieved.
