Revolving Fund for Supply Chain Contracts (Fondo Rotativo Contratti di Filiera) (PNRR Investment 3.4) and supply chain and district contracts

What it funds

Revolving instrument with a total budget of EUR 4 billion intended to encourage private investment in the agri-food, fishing and aquaculture, forestry, floriculture and nursery supply chains, combining grants and subsidised loans. It runs alongside the fifth Contratti di filiera agroalimentare call (EUR 1.203 billion, projects between EUR 4 million and EUR 50 million), published on 23 April 2022 and now in the implementation phase. The 2026 activity recorded on the MASAF website concerns extensions of the deadline for submitting the final proposals (12 January and 6 February 2026) and the reprogramming of the savings in the fishing and forestry sectors (12 May 2026), not new access windows.

Who can apply

Individual and associated enterprises, groupings of enterprises, agricultural producer associations, research and knowledge dissemination bodies, party to a multi-regional supply chain or district contract.

Sectoral scope

Agri-food, fishing and aquaculture, forestry, floriculture and nursery production. Agricultural and agri-industrial businesses are fully eligible, but only within a signed supply chain agreement.
