ISMEA measure with an application window (sportello) supporting the setting-up and development of agricultural undertakings with majority or full young or female participation, including takeovers in the running of the family agricultural holding. The aid combines a zero-interest subsidised loan with a grant on holding investment projects. The measure has been extended to the whole national territory. It was not possible to verify against an institutional source the status of the application window and the remaining capacity as at 27 August 2026.
Micro, small and medium-sized agricultural undertakings with majority or full young (under 41) or female participation, set up no more than 6 months previously or taking over the running of the family holding.
