Third round OPEN from 11 July 2024 to 1 December 2026, dedicated to municipal projects (pašvaldības); the LAD page states that funding is sufficient for all municipal applications submitted. The measure supports the development of agricultural and forestry infrastructure, which in Latvia essentially means land improvement (drainage and water management). It is relevant as context for anyone managing land in Latvia, but in the current round the beneficiaries indicated are local authorities rather than private farms.
In the third round: municipalities (pašvaldības). Other beneficiary categories (farms, land improvement companies) are covered by separate rounds of the intervention.
