Intervention for investments in conditioning, storage and processing infrastructure for agricultural and fruit products, in marketing and commercialisation, greenhouse-gas emission reduction, the circular economy, digital solutions and compliance with EU standards. Non-repayable public support of up to 65% of eligible costs, with very high per-project ceilings: EUR 3 million for modernisations, EUR 10 million for new facilities in the fruit and vegetable, milling, oil and feed sectors, EUR 7 million for other new facilities. At the verification date no session is open or announced.
Associative forms (agricultural cooperatives and cooperative companies, producer groups and organisations), SMEs under Law 346/2004, large enterprises and farmers: authorised natural persons, individual and family enterprises, and the various Romanian company forms (SNC, SCS, SA, SCA, SRL).
STATUS TO BE VERIFIED: the AFIR page and the applicant guide are online and up to date, but code DR-22 does not appear in the active session list on depunerepspac.afir.ro as of 27 August 2026, nor in the indicative MADR calendar for 2026. The budget for the next window was not identified. It carries the highest ceilings in the Romanian CAP Strategic Plan and is therefore the one to watch for industrial-scale projects.
