Premium for a young farmer setting up for the first time (primo insediamento) as head of holding, amounting to EUR 70,000. It requires a business plan with at least EUR 70,000 of investments, registration with the CCIAA, continuation of the management of the holding for 7 years and of agricultural social security registration. Projects must start within 9 months of the award and be completed within 24 months. Applications through the SIAN portal.
