National State aid scheme refunding farmers part of the excise duty on gas oil used in primary agricultural production. Applications are filed between 31 August and 25 September 2026 at the municipal agricultural services: natural persons and sole traders at their permanent address, legal persons at their management address. The 2026 budget is EUR 51 million. The per-litre rate is set afterwards, based on the budget and the aggregate annual quotas of participating farmers. Application guidance and forms are published on the Ministry's website.
