National France 2030 scheme specifically dedicated to investment in innovative irrigation solutions, under the fruit and vegetable sector sovereignty plan. Total envelope of EUR 15 million. Base rate of 30% of eligible costs, with a cumulative 10-point top-up for new entrants and young farmers (holding at least 20% of share capital), for CUMA machinery cooperatives and for producers belonging to a producer organisation or cooperative. Eligible expenditure from EUR 2,000 to EUR 200,000 excluding VAT, raised to EUR 500,000 excluding VAT for CUMA. The procedure was two-stage: aid application, then payment claim after purchasing the equipment. The submission period has been closed since 31 January 2026.
Farmers, GAEC, EARL, SCEA, agricultural contracting firms (ETA), seed multipliers, agricultural cooperatives, GIEE, producer organisations and agricultural technical institutes headquartered in metropolitan France.
