EAFRD call — Ambition Éleveurs Investments Programme 2026 (Grand Est)

Original title (FR): Appel à projets FEADER – Programme Ambition Éleveurs Investissements 2026

What it funds

Grand Est scheme reserved for livestock farmers who have completed the technical and economic advisory stage of the 'Ambition Eleveurs' support programme. It funds construction, extension and renovation of buildings and equipment, improvement of working conditions and on-farm digital innovation, feed self-sufficiency, climate adaptation, agri-environmental practices and water resource management. The aid rate is 30%. Eligible expenditure ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 150,000, raised to EUR 250,000. Each applicant may submit only one file for the whole programming period. Applications are filed on the Euro-PAC platform.

Who can apply

Farmers (natural and legal persons), CUMA machinery cooperatives, development, education and research bodies running a farm. Mandatory prerequisite: completion of the technical and economic advisory stage of the Ambition Éleveurs programme.

Notes and caveats

The source states the expenditure ceiling as either EUR 150,000 or EUR 250,000 depending on the project profile; the distinguishing criterion is not spelled out on the page. The overall envelope is not published. The compulsory 'Ambition Eleveurs' advisory step makes the scheme effectively inaccessible to anyone not already enrolled in the regional pathway.
