What it funds

A EUR 90 million call for investments in primary agricultural production, split by sector: EUR 20 million for fruit, wine and vegetable growing, EUR 25 million for dairy, EUR 25 million for meat production, EUR 10 million for seed and nursery production and EUR 10 million for laying-hen poultry. Eligible investments cover farm buildings, equipment, machinery and on-farm installations, including farm-level irrigation works. Applications are submitted through AGRONET in separate windows per sector and per economic size of the beneficiary, starting 17 August 2026 with staggered closings up to 1 December 2026. Large holdings (SO above EUR 250,000) have earlier windows than small and medium ones.

Who can apply

Natural and legal persons entered in the Croatian Farmers' Register (Upisnik poljoprivrednika) for at least one year, and recognised producer organisations. Minimum economic size: standard output above EUR 10,000 for fruit, vegetables and flowers and above EUR 15,000 for other sectors (cooperatives and producer organisations are exempt from the threshold). Legal persons must show at least one employee on an annual basis.
