Call CLOSED on 5 March 2026. It finances the construction of new public irrigation systems serving agricultural districts. Beneficiaries are local and regional self-government units (municipalities, cities and counties), not individual farms: this is therefore upstream collective infrastructure, which nonetheless creates the demand pool for downstream on-farm irrigation systems. It is the most relevant intervention for irrigation technology suppliers in Croatia, because it opens the construction of public irrigation districts. The calls timetable indicated a budget of about EUR 9.5 million for this intervention.
