It funds on-farm investments to secure water supply for cultivated areas affected by climate change and to introduce efficient irrigation technologies, in line with the recommendations of the River Basin Management Plan (VGT 3). Budget HUF 16.5 billion, non-repayable grant with a ceiling of HUF 200 million per applicant. The four windows closed on 29 September 2025.
