Two sectoral interventions in the wine sector implemented at regional level with AGEA as paying agency: INV funds tangible and intangible investments in the cellar and in the vineyard, RRV funds the restructuring and conversion of vineyards. The national rules were amended by DD n. 15122 del 14 gennaio 2026 and the deadlines for submitting applications and for drawing up the INV and RRV ranking lists for the 2026/2027 campaign were extended by DD n. 40551 del 28 gennaio 2026, incorporated by AGEA circular n. 8249 del 30 gennaio 2026. The operational windows and the actual rates are set by the regional calls.
Farmers, individually or in association, agricultural cooperatives running vineyards, companies carrying out agricultural activity, public viticulture schools with vineyards. Undertakings in difficulty are excluded.
Wine sector only. Wine-growing agricultural undertakings are the direct beneficiaries of the measure.

Sector sources report, for the new line on vineyard sustainability investments (sensors, drones, sprayers), a deadline of 30 November 2026 for the first year and of 30 March for subsequent years, with a grant of up to 80%: this figure is NOT institutionally verified and is to be confirmed on masaf.gov.it, agea.gov.it and in the calls of one's own Region, which remain the only source for the actual opening, deadline and rates.
