Regional measure providing partial reimbursement of notary fees incurred for transfer deeds (sale, exchange, donation) of agricultural land and buildings, for the purpose of land consolidation (ricomposizione fondiaria). Approved by decree n. 4449 of 7 April 2026. Overall budget of EUR 200,000. Two windows: 3 August - 15 September 2026 for year 2026 and 2 August - 15 September 2027 for year 2027.
Natural or legal persons who have incurred the notary fees for deeds transferring agricultural land or buildings, within the limit of 30,000 sqm of transferred area.
For year 2026, deeds executed from 16 September 2025 up to the date of application are eligible. Modest amounts: a measure supporting the deeds, not investment.
