This call is closed. The submission deadline was 30 June 2026. It stays in the catalogue because these windows recur: ask to be alerted when it reopens.
CLOSED. Window held from 1 to 30 June 2026, with a total budget of EUR 41,427,165: EUR 22,693,081 in grants (of which EUR 7,251,493 reserved for the capital region) and EUR 18,734,084 in subsidised loans (of which EUR 3,729,866 for the capital region). The measure funds primary agricultural production and processing of farm products, including first processing. It is the largest window by budget among those surveyed in the three Baltic states in 2026 and a good benchmark for the rhythm: it recurs annually in June, alongside continuous loan-only windows.
Young farmers aged 18 to 40 at the application date, setting up for the first time, with professional competence shown by an agricultural qualification, training or at least one year of practical experience.
Call CLOSED on 30.06.2026. NMA announcement of 14 May 2026, updated on 5 June 2026. In 2026 the opening was brought forward compared with the initial schedule.
