Luxembourg's main instrument for supporting on-farm investment, permanently open with four assessment and selection cycles per year. For farmers it covers movable and immovable agricultural assets; for beekeepers the construction and renovation of beehive buildings and equipment for honey production and marketing; for distillers the construction and renovation of buildings and new equipment for the production and marketing of spirits. Applications must be submitted by the last day of February, May, August or November to enter the following selection cycle. Submission is exclusively through MyGuichet.lu, after creating and certifying a professional workspace, with LuxTrust or eID authentication.
Farmers: active natural persons under 65 running a holding with an annual standard output of at least EUR 25,000, or legal persons in which the manager or shareholder holds at least 40% of the capital. Beekeepers: persons keeping bees for honey production. Distillers: persons qualified under the spirits tax legislation of 27 July 1925.

OPEN on a permanent basis: the opening field is null because there is no window start date, and the deadline given (31/08/2026) is the NEXT applicable cycle deadline, not a definitive closure. Subsequent cycles close on 30/11/2026, then end of February, May, August and November 2027. IMPORTANT LIMITATION: neither the French nor the English version of the Guichet.lu page publishes the aid rates as percentages or the eligible investment ceilings — they are referred to the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 16 November 2023, which was not consulted in this session. The sources make no explicit mention of irrigation or of digital/precision farming technologies among eligible investments: the wording used is generic ('movable and immovable agricultural assets').
