Original title (EN): Fertiliser Voucher Scheme to Land Farmers
Data to be re-checked. The source does not publish the status or the dates of this scheme explicitly. Do not prepare an application without checking the managing body’s portal.
What it funds
A national, non-CAP aid scheme providing farmers with vouchers for the purchase of fertilisers. The total budget is EUR 3 million, with an allocation of EUR 650.00 per hectare per year and a ceiling of EUR 35,000 per holding. It is not investment aid, but it documents the existence of a Maltese national channel independent of the CAP Strategic Plan, managed directly by ARPA. Submission windows are not shown on the national schemes page and must be looked up in the Public Announcements/Calls section of the ARPA website.
Who can apply
Maltese land farmers registered with ARPA. Detailed conditions not verified.
Notes and caveats
Status marked as to-be-verified: the ARPA national schemes page describes the scheme and the amounts but gives no submission window and no current status. Two other national schemes appear on the same page: the National Pig Welfare Scheme (up to EUR 150 per sow or gilt, whose extension expired on 24 July 2026) and the Training Scheme for Young Farmers (total budget EUR 428,000, EUR 214,000 per call).
