A national, non-CAP aid scheme providing farmers with vouchers for the purchase of fertilisers. The total budget is EUR 3 million, with an allocation of EUR 650.00 per hectare per year and a ceiling of EUR 35,000 per holding. It is not investment aid, but it documents the existence of a Maltese national channel independent of the CAP Strategic Plan, managed directly by ARPA. Submission windows are not shown on the national schemes page and must be looked up in the Public Announcements/Calls section of the ARPA website.
