DR-14 - Investments in small farms
Original title (RO): DR-14 - Investiții în fermele de mici dimensiuni
What it funds
Non-repayable support for tangible and intangible investments in primary agricultural production on small farms, aimed at their structural transformation into viable holdings. The session runs from 1 September to 31 October 2026 (15:59:59) and is split into four components with separate budgets: vegetable growing EUR 30 million, livestock EUR 30 million, simple machinery purchases EUR 18 million, other sectors EUR 30 million. Maximum support EUR 50,000 per project, aid intensity up to 85% of eligible costs. On 21 August 2026 AFIR published a clarification note on how projects are assigned to components (simple purchases vs. construction works) and on 25 August an updated application form.
Who can apply
Farmers, explicitly excluding natural persons (i.e. authorised individuals PFA/II/IF, limited companies and Romanian associative forms).
Notes and caveats
Dates and per-component budgets were read directly from the session list on depunerepspac.afir.ro on 27 August 2026, when zero applications had been filed. The January 2026 MADR calendar had scheduled a March launch; the postponement to September was attributed to land-registry IT problems and the August holiday period. The application form was updated on 25 August 2026 (version 1.1 2026): check you are using the latest version before filing.
Status recalculated. The managing body’s portal listed this scheme as «in apertura», but the published deadline says otherwise. In such cases we go by the date.
