A national, non-CAP instrument: the Slovenian Regional Development Fund provides soft loans for fixed-asset investments in agriculture and forestry. The AGRO Invest line covers amounts from EUR 25,000 to EUR 3,000,000 with repayment terms of 60 to 240 months. The AGRO programme also includes AGRO Dopolnilne (supplementary activities, EUR 50,000 to 2,000,000, repayment up to 240 months) and AGRO Zemljišča in kmetije (purchase of land and holdings, EUR 10,000 to 1,000,000). It is a useful channel to cover the private co-financing share of CAP projects. Applications are submitted on the e-Rsklad platform during the windows set by each individual call.
