Forest genetic resources, grants for conservation, use and sustainable development - 2026 call (SRA31)

What it funds

Grants for the conservation, use and sustainable development of forest genetic resources. Support covers 100% of eligible costs as a capital grant (in conto capitale), with the possibility of an advance of up to 50%. Projects with an amount of between EUR 5,000 per application and EUR 400,000 per beneficiary are eligible. The window for submitting applications is very short.

Public and private owners and holders of agricultural and forest land; public or private law bodies and entities in the nursery supply chain and their associations

Notes and caveats

Decreto dirigenziale n. 14800 del 29 giugno 2026. Literal text: 'Le domande di aiuto devono essere presentate, mediante procedura informatizzata, a partire dal 14 settembre ed entro le ore 13 del 30 settembre 2026' (applications for aid must be submitted, through the computerised procedure, from 14 September and by 13:00 on 30 September 2026). The Region already classifies it among the 'open calls' but the application window opens on 14/09/2026: as at the verification date an application cannot yet be submitted. The minimum of EUR 5,000 and the maximum of EUR 400,000 are expressed as grant amounts.
