The window is not open yet. The call is already published: applications are accepted from 3 September 2026. This is the time to prepare the paperwork.
Occitanie's main scheme for tangible on-farm investment support, run in annual waves. It funds farm buildings and internal fittings, agri-equipment linked to water or energy management, on-farm processing and marketing equipment and agritourism projects. Rates are 50% for livestock buildings and agri-equipment of newly established farmers receiving setup aid, 45% for agri-equipment of other farmers and 30% for buildings of other farmers. Expenditure ceilings range from EUR 150,000 to EUR 300,000 excluding VAT depending on the nature of the project and the farm structure. The second 2026 window requires the full application to be filed from 3 September to 30 October 2026; the 'minimum application', which fixes the eligibility date for expenditure, can already be filed since 7 July 2026. Applications are submitted on the Europac platform.
Sole proprietorships (ATP/ATS), EARL, GAEC and other agricultural company forms, persons in the young-farmer setup pathway, cooperative companies active in agricultural production (SCA, SICA, SCIC, SCOP), agricultural colleges and farm incubators. A dedicated CUMA call runs on a separate calendar (4 March - 4 June 2026).
Status 'in_apertura' refers to the full application (3 September - 30 October 2026). The 'minimum application' has however been open since 7 July 2026 and is mandatory: if not followed by a full application by 30 October, the file lapses. The first 2026 wave closed on 17 April 2026. Rates and expenditure ceilings come from the Haute-Garonne Chamber of Agriculture (a public consular body) because the regional portal does not publish them: to be re-verified against the official call regulation.
