National France 2030 scheme for the purchase of innovative agri-equipment for the fruit and vegetable sectors, with a total envelope of EUR 20 million. Aid rates are graded by technical annex: 20% for annex 1 investments, 30% for annex 2 and 40% for annex 3, with 10-point top-ups for young farmers and new entrants, for CUMA and for members of cooperatives or producer organisations. Eligible expenditure from EUR 2,000 to EUR 200,000 excluding VAT per ordinary application, up to EUR 500,000 excluding VAT for CUMA. Applications are filed on a dedicated online platform with quotes, articles of association and MSA certificates, followed by a payment claim with invoices. The scheme closed on 31 January 2026.
Natural persons carrying out an agricultural activity, GAEC, EARL, SCEA, companies with an agricultural purpose, agricultural contracting firms, seed multipliers, storage bodies, CUMA, GIEE, agricultural technical institutes, type 1 and 2 agricultural cooperatives, producer organisations.
