Window OPENING from 1 September to 30 October 2026, with a total budget of EUR 3,371,095 split between EUR 1,867,247 for the capital region and EUR 1,503,848 for central and western Lithuania. It funds agricultural production, first processing of farm products and their placing on the market. Eligible applicants are farmers and agricultural entities registered with at least one year of continuous farming before application, farm income accounting for at least 50% of total income and a holding economic size between EUR 16,001 and EUR 30,000 (cooperatives excluded). Applications are filed through ŽŪMIS.
