National flat-rate grant for young farmer establishment, worth EUR 80,000 per beneficiary, with a total budget of EUR 60,455,791 for the 2026 edition. The window ran from 2 March 2026 at 09:00 to 1 May 2026 at 17:00 and is now closed. Requirements: aged between 16 and 39 on 31 December 2026, being head of holding ('bedrijfshoofd') before submitting the application, holding an official agricultural or horticultural qualification or at least 2 years of documented sector experience gained after the age of 16, having started or taken over the holding from 1 January 2023 onwards and not having been head of holding before that date. The holding must be registered with the KVK under SBI codes 011-016 (or 1051 if at least 50% of milk processed comes from the holding), have a minimum standard earning capacity of EUR 15,000 and be maintained for at least 5 years after support. Applications on Mijn RVO with eHerkenning level 2+ and eH2+ authorisation; decision within 13 weeks of a complete application.
