CAP knowledge voucher for sustainable farming advice (SABE)
Original title (NL): GLB-kennisvoucher advies over duurzame landbouw (SABE)
This call is closed. The submission deadline was 18 November 2025. It stays in the catalogue because these windows recur: ask to be alerted when it reopens.
What it funds
National voucher allowing Dutch farm entrepreneurs to buy independent professional advice on agricultural sustainability topics from an accredited adviser. It covers 80% of costs up to a maximum of EUR 1,500, with a minimum own contribution of 20%. The procedure involves an application on Mijn RVO, a decision within a maximum of 13 weeks, issue of a digital voucher, the advisory session with an accredited farm adviser and transfer of the voucher to the adviser for reimbursement. The last window ran from 7 October 2025 at 09:00 to 18 November 2025 at 17:00 with a budget of EUR 5,700,000. At the verification date the measure is closed and information on a 2026 opening is not yet published.
Who can apply
Farm entrepreneurs with a holding registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under SBI codes 011-016.
Notes and caveats
CLOSED. The dates given are those of the LAST known opening (autumn 2025); at the verification date RVO has not published a 2026 calendar, so it is not possible to confirm whether and when the measure will reopen. It funds not equipment but the advice that often precedes an investment decision: it can be an indirect commercial entry channel. A twin measure exists for the 'bedrijfsplan' (conversion business plan) with a separate RVO page, not verified in this session.
