Grant support for modernising farms specialised in flowers, aromatic, medicinal and ornamental plants. Eligible items include farm modernisation, technical equipment, irrigation systems, organic-fertiliser installations, renewable energy systems and on-farm access roads: this is the only AFIR session about to open in which on-farm irrigation is explicitly listed among eligible costs. Session from 1 September to 31 October 2026, budget EUR 5 million, maximum support EUR 100,000 per project.
Farmers excluding natural persons; agricultural cooperatives acting in their members' interest; producer groups and organisations recognised by MADR.
Budget and dates confirmed on the session list at depunerepspac.afir.ro. The budget is very small (EUR 5 million) relative to the per-project ceiling (EUR 100,000): selection will most likely be highly competitive and score-driven.
