Payment is 75% on signature of the financing contract and 25% on correct implementation of the business plan, within a maximum of 3 years (up to 5 years for orchards). At the verification date no session is open.
Who can apply
Authorised natural persons (PFA), individual (II) and family (IF) enterprises; sole shareholders who are also directors of a limited company; majority shareholders (50%+1) who are also directors of a limited company.
Notes and caveats
STATUS TO BE VERIFIED: the page and applicant guide are published and up to date on afir.ro, but DR-30 does not appear in the active session list as of 27 August 2026 and is absent from the indicative MADR calendar for 2026 (which instead schedules DR-12, the consolidation measure, for young farmers). No budget was identified. For an Italian company this is the least accessible intervention of the group, since it requires the farm head to be a natural person setting up as a young farmer in Romania.
