Original title (FR): Aides aux investissements productifs dans les exploitations agricoles (intervention 351)
Wallonia's main scheme for productive on-farm investment, substantially revised with effect from the 2026 campaign and validated by the European Commission. It funds new machinery, construction, acquisition or renovation of buildings, renewable energy installations for self-consumption (biogas up to 10 kW), EU compliance upgrades and fencing for African swine fever protection. The base rate for natural persons is 10%, increased by applicant-related top-ups (young farmer +10, ZCNS area +4, grass-based system with at least 50% permanent grassland +4, under 60 ha per person +2.5, polyculture with at least 5 crop groups +6, organic +2.5 or +5) and investment-related top-ups (perennial horticultural crops +10, green architecture +5, economic resilience +5, pig housing with increased animal welfare +10, quality scheme +2.5). The overall cap is 40%, except for swine fever fencing funded at 100%. For CUMA the base rate is 20% with the same 40% cap. Total funding per beneficiary over 2023-2027 may not exceed EUR 200,000.
Applicants carrying out farming at least as a supplementary self-employed activity, meeting the active farmer definition, registered in SIGeC, with a soil-link ratio no higher than 1, a Standard Gross Production between EUR 12,500 and EUR 425,000 per member (up to EUR 750,000 for those who received setup aid in 2014-2022), and holding management accounts, a class 2 or 3 environmental permit (class 1 excluded) and ACISEE certification for effluent storage infrastructure. Undertakings in difficulty are excluded.
La fonte richiede il riconoscimento come agricoltore da parte del SPW-ARNE e l'identificazione come partner 'P' (o 'J' per le CUMA) nel sistema SIGeC vallone. Non e' dichiarata alcuna regola specifica per i non residenti.
Permanently open scheme assessed in quarterly blocks: applications filed within a quarter are assessed in the following quarter. Opening and closing dates are therefore recorded as null because there is no single window; one application per applicant per quarter and one investment of the same type for the whole period. WARNING: SPW-ARNE must declare the file admissible BEFORE investments start, otherwise the expenditure is ineligible. Building investments are eligible only for the first 1,000 m2. Poultry and pig farms classified as class 1 under the environmental permit are excluded. The annual envelope is not published. Methodological note: the procedural page on wallonie.be states 'applications accepted until 31 December 2022', an evidently outdated and un-updated reference — rely on the agriculture.wallonie.be page, which is updated for the 2026 campaign.
