A measure specifically dedicated to irrigation: it funds the construction of collective irrigation and livestock-watering infrastructure from the water abstraction point to the delivery point at the farm, to address increasing drought and reduced water availability. Conceptual planning and preliminary surveys are also eligible. Complete applications must reach the territorially competent Regierungspräsidium by the selection dates. The 2026 dates are 29 May, 24 July and 2 October, the latter being the next one available.
Public-sector bodies only: municipalities and their associations, public water and soil boards (Wasser- und Bodenverbände) based in Baden-Württemberg. Individual farms cannot apply directly.
For an Italian company such as Agrostar this measure matters as an indirect market (supplying municipalities and water boards as contracting clients), not as aid it can obtain itself: beneficiaries are exclusively public bodies. The 29 May and 24 July 2026 dates have already passed; the next selection date is 2 October 2026.
