CLOSED, but this is Estonia's most relevant measure for irrigation and precision agriculture. The last round ran from 13 October to 19 November 2025, with an initial budget of EUR 48,615,757 increased by EUR 3,951,188 by decree of 26 May 2026, for a total of EUR 52,566,945. Eligible costs expressly include reconstruction and expansion of irrigation systems, stationary irrigation equipment, precision farming technologies and water-saving irrigation systems, in addition to building construction and machinery purchases. Aid ranges from 15% to 50% of eligible costs, up to 60% for improving livestock buildings and up to 70% for young entrepreneurs.
Farm businesses with at least EUR 10,000 of annual sales of their own agricultural products, or successor businesses meeting specific continuity conditions.
Call CLOSED on 19.11.2025. This is the measure to watch most closely for irrigation and precision farming in Estonia: no new round is announced at the verification date, but the budget was topped up in May 2026 to cover the previous round.
