Productive green-blue and animal welfare investments 2025/2026 — Noord-Holland, Utrecht, Zeeland and Zuid-Holland windows
Original title (NL): Productieve investeringen groen-blauw en dierenwelzijn 2025/2026 — openstellingen Noord-Holland, Utrecht, Zeeland, Zuid-Holland
This call is closed. The submission deadline was 26 February 2026. It stays in the catalogue because these windows recur: ask to be alerted when it reopens.
What it funds
Provincial Dutch CAP measure for productive investments oriented to environment, biodiversity, climate and animal welfare ('smart and resilient farming'), selectable only from a closed list (investeringslijst) defined by each province. Four windows opened simultaneously on 3 December 2025 at 09:00 and closed on different dates: Noord-Holland and Zuid-Holland on 29 January 2026, Zeeland on 25 February 2026, Utrecht on 26 February 2026. Budgets: Noord-Holland EUR 722,000 (of which EUR 361,000 reserved for young farmers), Utrecht EUR 4,500,000 (of which EUR 3,500,000 for young farmers), Zeeland EUR 3,000,000, Zuid-Holland EUR 4,258,171 (of which EUR 3,909,912 for young farmers). The rate is 40% of costs, raised to 55% for young farmers; for water management works (waterbeheervoorzieningen) it rises to 70% and to 80% for young farmers. Grant amounts range from EUR 10,000 to EUR 100,000 (Zeeland from EUR 15,000; Zuid-Holland up to EUR 50,000).
Who can apply
Individual farmers and farmer partnerships operating in the province issuing the call, with a reserved category for young farmers (up to 39) in three of the four provinces. In Zeeland only individual farmers are eligible.
Notes and caveats
CLOSED. Aggregated record of four provincial windows with different budgets and thresholds: the deadline shown (26/02/2026) is the latest, while Noord-Holland and Zuid-Holland closed on 29/01/2026. The EUR 12,480,171 envelope is the sum of the four budgets. This is the Dutch measure most relevant to an irrigation and precision farming supplier, thanks to the increased 70-80% rate on 'waterbeheervoorzieningen'. The rhythm suggests a reopening around December 2026 for the 2026/2027 edition, but nothing is announced at the verification date. Always check the provincial 'investeringslijst': it is a closed list and equipment not listed cannot be funded.
