Measure for agricultural, horticultural or reindeer-herding businesses starting an activity outside agriculture. It funds buildings and fixed installations, mobile equipment for Sami industries, production machinery for manufacturing and intangible investments (consultancy, licences, software). The rate is 40% of eligible expenditure, capped at SEK 800,000 over a three-year period; minimum eligible expenditure is SEK 100,000. Businesses principally engaged in horse breeding and rearing are excluded. The national page states that renewable energy installations such as solar panels are not among the supported investments. In Skåne the 2026 round runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026.
