National measure created to strengthen primary producers' ability to keep producing in crisis situations. Eligible categories are: energy supply resilience, water supply for animal production, reduced dependency on critical inputs, raw material storage, input storage, raw material processing, goods protection and IT security. The rate for agriculture reaches 65% of costs (50% for fishing and aquaculture, 80% for small-scale coastal fishing), capped at SEK 5,000,000 per beneficiary with minimum eligible costs of SEK 50,000. The 2025 budget was SEK 150 million. At the verification date the page explicitly states that applications cannot be filed ('Just nu kan du inte söka stödet') and announces no new window.
Primary producers in agriculture, forestry, fishing or aquaculture that have run the business in Sweden for at least 2 years, with at most 250 employees and annual turnover not above EUR 50 million.
